MS & HS Boating Club (After School): Overview

This program is designed for Middle and High School students and will include many boating activities centered around sailing and powerboating (large and small boats), kayaking, safety, general repairs and maintenance, NC Boating License instruction, navigation, and more.

The day will consist of time for a teambuilding activity, main program time, debriefing, and a short homework time. We will also provide a healthy snack. All activities will be dependent weather, age group, experience, and time available.

Participants need to bring: change of clothes, water shoes, towel, sunscreen, water bottle, clothes that can get wet, and water shoes that won’t come off your feet. An area will be available for participants to leave belongings from day to day. USCG Life jackets will be provided.

Activities will be supervised by well qualified staff and USCG Licensed Captains.

Pick-up will be at Bow to Stern Boating – 290 Blackwell Point Loop Rd., Oriental.

Full Day programs will be available on some full day holidays at an additional fee. Early dismissal days will be included in the monthly rates.
